MY ROLE
Since 2015, I served on the executive board of USC’s Design for America as President and Senior Advisor. Fall 2015, I worked on Split It, a tray liner that educates on separating food waste. We wanted to focus on diverting food waste specifically for small, fast paced food court-style restaurants.
RESULTS
Split it Tray Liners are inexpensive, so implementation can be done easily.
